Instructors are invited to offer workshops, demonstrations, or guided experiences rooted in traditional, regenerative, or ancestral ways of living. This may include (but is not limited to):

• Herbalism & plant medicine

• Fiber arts, weaving, spinning, natural dye

• Food preservation, fermentation, or hearth cooking

• Traditional building, natural materials, hand tools, basket weaving

• Land stewardship, animal care, or regenerative practices

• Somatic, ceremonial, or cultural practices
