A ritual of care for body, womb, and spirit

Offerings

  • Nourishment

Warming foods and herbal teas help the body rebuild strength, restore balance, aid digestion, support uterine recovery, and nurture emotional well-being—all crucial for a gentle and balanced postpartum healing journey.

  • Gentle body work with herbs

Mineral foot soaks, mother warming (moxibustion), womb massage with herbal compress, herbal yoni steams, intentional movement, and massage.

Together these intentional practices restore warmth, energy, and circulation. Support uterine and pelvic healing. They can help alleviate stress and promote emotional well being during this delicate season.

  • Ceremony

The Closing of the Bones is a traditional postpartum ceremony honoring the profound passage of birth. Through gentle wrapping of the body with woven cloths, warmth, and intentional touch, the mother is invited to feel held, gathered, and restored. This ritual helps bring the body and spirit back together after the great opening of pregnancy and birth, offering grounding, release, and renewal.

Postpartum Care – $1400

Our time together includes six visits, beginning with a prenatal planning session, each visit (2-4 hours) includes nourishing meals, herbal teas, optional baths or yoni steams, foot soaks, mother warming, and massage, ending with a Closing of the Bones Ceremony, if desired. I offer gentle and intentional care to hold space, support healing, restore energy, and honor your postpartum journey.

𓆸In the quiet after birth,

the body whispers for warmth and care.

Steaming broths, soft grains, and tender vegetables

feed the blood and cradle the womb.

Ginger, cinnamon, and fennel

stir the fire within,

while gentle teas of raspberry leaf and nettle

nurture strength and ease the spirit.

Each sip and spoonful is a prayer,

a ritual of healing,

a return to balance,

a tender embrace of new life and restored self.
